What is an Escape Room?

An Escape room is a real-life adventure game where your team uses problem solving skills to complete a mission. The mission is commonly “escaping” from a locked room within a 60 minute time frame. Your team must work together in order to find clues and solve puzzles that will lead to your escape or to complete your mission.

Are children permitted to participate?

Our escape room is recommended for ages 12 and up. Children under 12 years of age are welcome to play with a parent or guardian in a private room setting. Children ages 3 and up are counted as a player and must have a ticket purchased for them.

Are we really locked in a room?

Yes, and no. You may leave the room at any time (restroom, medication, babysitter calls, etc.) by simply pushing the 'Door Exit' button which will allow the door to be pulled open (it's even easier than turning a doorknob), and you can walk out.

Are the lights turned off?

It depends on your adventure. Dark or dim lighting will be present in some games.

Do I need any special knowledge or skills?

No. Specifically, knowledge of music theory is not required to play Missing Maestro; no understanding of wilderness survival is needed to escape The Cabin; and your success in Submarine does not depend upon an aptitude for nuclear physics.

Can I do a corporate team building event?

Yes. We can arrange events for up to 65 people.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes, a reservation is necessary. You can book online. Just click any of the 'Book Now' buttons.

Do I need to purchase all the available spots for a room time slot?

No. All of our rooms are private rooms, no matter how many tickets you book you will not be paired with another group.

What time do I/we need to arrive?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time as a waiver will need to be signed and your Game Master will give an overview of the rules of the game prior to start time.

What happens if I/we arrive late?

We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Being on time is essential to everyone's experience. You will not be permitted into the room if you are late. There are NO refunds or rescheduling in this scenario.

Where can I park?

Plenty of parking is available in front of our strip mall location. Please refer to the “Directions” page for detailed information.

Can I come back and try again?

Yes, yes, yes. If you aren’t successful at completing your mission, you can certainly come back and try again. There is also more than one room available. We are constantly creating new rooms to accommodate the frequent player. Please check back often.

Can I come at a time that’s not listed in the schedule?

Please contact us for special arrangements and we will try to accommodate you.

Can I bring food and drink into the facility or room?

Food and drinks are NOT allowed in any of the Escape Rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Food and drinks are allowed to be brought into one of our Event Rooms. Please see the FAQ for our party rooms.

Do I need to wear anything special?

Comfortable clothes are suggested. Activity might require stooping, kneeling, or crouching down to get a closer look at something. If you need reading glasses, please come prepared.

Is the location handicapped accessible?

Yes.
